UN climate summit menu full of gourmet meats as it tells Americans to give up beef to fight climate change

The United Nations told Americans to stop eating meat in order to mitigate climate change, then they served gourmet meats at their climate summit in Dubai.

The UN's COP28 climate summit features an online portal showing all the luxe food items available at the summit, from specialty wagyu burgers to barbecue, African street meats, Philly cheesesteaks, and so much more. Meanwhile, Americans are told to eat less meat overall and the World Economic Forum suggests we eat bugs.

Despite this, Fox reports that “roughly a third of the food vendors at COP28 provide meat options, according to the summit's data. The summit said that figure represented a victory as part of its commitment to deliver ‘environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, delicious, and nutritious food and beverage.'”

The Food and Agriculture Organizations of the UN said that it is essential to target agriculture, specifically livestock, to lower emissions, and has called for “A global assessment of the greenhouse gas emissions and mitigation options from livestock agrifood systems.” They suggest further that nations that “over-consume meat,” including the US, limit how much they eat.

“We already have solutions to tackle climate change, and many of these solutions, whether it is agroforestry, restoration of soils, sustainable livestock, or fisheries management, have multiple benefits as they can also support the sustainable use of biodiversity, as well as help with food security — multiple benefits from the same solutions that only agriculture and food systems offer,” said director of the FAO Office of Climate Change Kaveh Zahedi.

The elite climate change alarmists who fly their private jets to global summits where they dine gourmet meats and reside in luxury hotels have all kinds of ideas for what the peasants of the world should do in order to have a positive impact on the weather.

Biden's climate czar John Kerry, who sat around the table in Dubai with the other pontificators and gave his opinion on how climate change spells the end times for humanity, said that the US should phase out fossil fuels. For the record, that's the fuel source that elevated global populations out of poverty and enabled the Industrial Revolution and American prosperity. Now they want Americans to heat their home with sustainable energies that are not sustainably sourced, such as wind and solar.

Kerry also wants to reduce agriculture in order to fight climate change. “Agriculture contributes about 33% of all the emissions of the world, depending a little bit on how you count it, but it’s anywhere from 26 to 33, and we can’t get to net zero, we don’t get this job done unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution,” Kerry said. “You just can’t continue to both warm the planet while also expecting to feed it,” Kerry added. “It doesn’t work. So, we have to reduce emissions from the food system.”

The World Economic Forum also has this plan for middle and working-class people to travel virtually while elites continue to travel in real life. They claim that the poor will use VR headsets to travel from their couch, that this would be a realistic experience. “There's going to be people of means who are going to travel, and then there's going to be people who are of lesser means are going to be able to use an Oculus or some other kind of device to travel to the same place but from their own couch.”

And still others say that none of this is enough and want Americans to cut out meat and dairy all to make the world a better place for the wealthy elite who can afford to live in it.
